So Smooth Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1/2 avocado
  • evaporated milk to cover the blades
  • banana chunks (mine were frozen)
  • frozen or fresh blueberries (mine were frozen)
  • 1 or 2 tbsps of flax seeds
  • 1 or 2 tbsps of coconut oil
  • 1/2 to 1 cup water
  • Sweetener of your choice (I used some Splenda as that's all I had)
  • ice (optional)

Blend into the most beautiful lavender purple smoothie.



The taste is mellow and smooth, full of healthy fats.  I try to include 2 tbsps of coconut oil into my diet each day.  A higher healthy fat diet keeps me satiated longer.
