- 1/2 avocado
- evaporated milk to cover the blades
- banana chunks (mine were frozen)
- frozen or fresh blueberries (mine were frozen)
- 1 or 2 tbsps of flax seeds
- 1 or 2 tbsps of coconut oil
- 1/2 to 1 cup water
- Sweetener of your choice (I used some Splenda as that's all I had)
- ice (optional)
Blend into the most beautiful lavender purple smoothie.
The taste is mellow and smooth, full of healthy fats. I try to include 2 tbsps of coconut oil into my diet each day. A higher healthy fat diet keeps me satiated longer.
