Modified Hot Pink Smoothie

Using different ingredients, but still 1/2 a beet.

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
  • a bunch of red grapes
  • 1/2 raw beet
  • 1/2 apple
  • 2 or 3 handfuls of kale
  • 2 tbsps of raw cashew nuts
  • 1 or 2 pitted dates
  • ice as needed

Still pink, still delicious, less sweet than the original with the added kale.  A different "hot pink" smoothie.
