- 1/2 fuji apple
- 1 kiwi
- 2 chunks frozen banana
- grapes
- lemon juice from one lemon (I used some liquid lemon juice I had)
- white rind from cauliflower cut in 2 or 3 chunks (Figured I'd try using this & see what happened)
- 2 or 3 large leaves &; stems from collard greens
- 1 to 2 cups ice (I used one cup & would recommend using 2)
Outcome: very green, thick, mildly tart, not too sweet, not too "grassy" but definitely has a fresh green taste.
Could add some fresh ginger for a kick.
