What I'm making and trying in my Vitamix and how it tastes.
Not vegan or vegetarian, just trying to get the recommended 5+ servings of veggies & fruits a day.
Equipment: VitaMix Total Nutrition Center, which was the precursor to the Vitamix 5000. I upgraded the 64 oz container and purchased a 32 oz container. I use the wet blade.
Nothing fancy and no laboring today, just a variety of greens. All my greens happened to be frozen and, except for the apple, the fruits were frozen too.
